All orders are processed and dropped off for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We offer standard and priority shipping options, depending on your selection at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Most USPS deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

After a package is handed to USPS, delivery times and handling are beyond our control. River Moons Vintage is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in transit. If an issue arises, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
